Oxygen Development is a leading private label manufacturer and service provider for beauty and wellness related products. Our state-of-the-art 377.000 sq.ft (sqm) headquarters, located in South Florida, is an FDA/OTC approved production and warehousing facility and its extensive production capacity in color cosmetics supports the company’s successful growth strategy.
This expanding path, led to Care Full Colors Kosmetik Produktions GmbH, a traditional, leading private label manufacturer of color cosmetics based in Burgwedel, Germany. The company was established in 1975 by the American company Cosmolab and then took over by Mr Kurt Pilchowski in 1991. During this period business developed considerably, and the company became an important partner to various European cosmetics companies.
On 1st, September 2015 Oxygen Development announced the takeover of majority shares in Care Full Colors Kosmetik Produktions GmbH, the first step in the path that led to Oxygen Development Europe and to its growing and successful business. Success based on a strong background in technology, a focus on offering first-class product quality and customer service, as well as the dedication to expedite the time to market. As a reliable business partner, we have initiated some processes to further support customers and their business development: increase of production and assembling capacities, installation of a new warehouse and supply chain management system, improvement of supply chain control and planning.
On 1st May 2018, we took over Prodak Kosmetik, a traditional, leading filler and assembler of colored cosmetics, located in Walbrzych (Poland) and then rebranded into Oxygen Development Europe – Poland, on the 1st of July 2018. This marked another step forward Oxygen Development’s ability to increase its product and service portfolio relating to assembly and therefore raising its overall capacities and flexibility.
The company in 2017 opened an advanced Research & Innovation Center in Italy named Oxygen Innovation and moved it into a new 20.000 sq. ft space in 2023. Highly skilled Research & Innovation team dedicated to creating cutting edge technologies and new product concepts that will shape the landscape of the beauty industry.
The company is planning to increase the area to 47.000 sq. ft (sqm), giving rise to a make-up production facility.
